Floraly Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Floraly, an app operated by XXI Systems LLC. By using Floraly, you agree to these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The Standard EULA controls where required if the terms conflict.

App purpose and informational use

Floraly helps users identify plants, save garden information, create care reminders, and review plant-health suggestions. Its guidance is general information, not professional horticultural, agricultural, pest-management, medical, veterinary, poisoning, or safety advice. Verify results before making care, treatment, toxicity, pet, child, garden, or agricultural decisions.

Automated analysis

Floraly may use automated analysis, machine learning, configured plant-analysis services, or deterministic fallback logic. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be your only source for high-risk decisions.

Your content

You retain your rights in plant photos, labels, garden entries, reminders, and health notes you submit and grant XXI Systems LLC permission to process them only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Floraly. You must have the right to submit the content and must not submit illegal, harmful, or rights-violating content.

Accounts and cloud sync

A Floraly account is optional. If you sign in, supported app data may be stored in a cloud account so features can work across sessions or devices. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure and may delete your account from the app's Settings screen.

Floraly Plus subscriptions

Floraly Plus is offered as auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions. Current prices, billing periods, and any introductory offer for which your Apple ID is eligible are shown in the app before purchase. Introductory offers are available only when Apple determines eligibility.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store when you confirm. A subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends, and Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Canceling stops future renewal and generally does not end access before the paid period expires. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple's policies; XXI Systems LLC cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Floraly Plus access follows the active entitlement reported by Apple and does not require a Floraly login. Cloud sync and cloud photo storage do require a Floraly account.

Acceptable use, availability, and liability

You may not misuse Floraly, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate law or another person's rights, or submit malicious content. Floraly and its features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XXI Systems LLC is not liable for plant or garden loss, treatment mistakes, toxicity incidents, pet or child safety outcomes, crop or business loss, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from Floraly or reliance on its results.
